Loved our romantic escape in Kendal! The central location was a huge plus, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed exploring the local food scene, shopping at the nearby market, and even taking care of some business matters easily. The staff were absolutely fantastic - they were friendly, polite, and super helpful throughout our stay. We were even able to do an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more relaxing. And let's not forget about the breakfast spread! The variety of traditional dishes was amazing, and every bite was absolutely delicious.
That the hotel allowed smoking in the common areas, such as the hallway, lobby, and restaurant. As non-smokers, this was a bit annoying and the strong smell of smoke was quite noticeable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The strategic location was one of the best aspects, as it was close to everything we needed - food, market, and the business center. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of the parking and transportation options available. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were super friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of traditional food, which we loved - it was yummy! Lastly, we enjoyed the view of the rice field in the back of the hotel, adding a touch of tranquility to our experience.

During my 6-day stay, I found the location of the hotel to be incredibly convenient. It was situated close to various amenities such as restaurants, markets, and the business center. the staff at the front desk and restaurant were exceptionally friendly and polite, making me feel right at home. the breakfast offered a delightful variety of traditional dishes that left me craving for more. I was fortunate to have a room that provided a stunning view of lush rice fields, creating a sense of tranquility.
One downside, however, was the presence of smokers in the common areas, which could be bothersome for non-smokers or families with children.
